Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003 as modified and/or integrated by the EU Reg., with reference to such data, we inform you that: 1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT.

B) In the event that you have given your consent at the time of enrollment/registration on the Fotodafavola.it website, or give it later (through the management page of your profile) and until the revocation of the same, your data may be processed by Nicophoto di Nicoletta Pavesi with automated contact methods (such as sms, mms, fax, telephone, e-mail and web applications) for marketing purposes, i.e. those of sending advertising material, direct sales, carrying out research market and commercial communication.
C) Furthermore, in the event that you consent, your individual and detailed data may be processed by Nicophoto di Nicoletta Pavesi to identify, also through electronic processing, your specific behavior and consumption habits in order to improve the services provided, satisfy your needs and address the commercial proposals of interest. The release of data and consent to their use for the processing purposes referred to in the previous two paragraphs is optional, but can be used to improve the products and services rendered. However, you can verify and revoke any consent given for these purposes at any time by sending an email with the subject "CANCEL ME" to the following address studio@fotodafavola.info. Following any refusal or revocation of the aforementioned consent, Nicophoto di Nicoletta Pavesi will process your data only for the purposes referred to in the previous point "A".
2. METHODS OF TREATMENT. The data will be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic support. 3. OBLIGATORY PROVISION. The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to supply them or to subsequent processing may determine the impossibility of the writer to proceed with the contractual relationships and / or to provide the services provided .
On the other hand, failure to provide all data that is not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated from time to time by the writer and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance of the data requested with respect to the management of the relationship.
4. COMMUNICATIONS TO THIRD PARTIES. The data will not be communicated to other subjects, nor will they be disseminated. For the sole purpose of credit protection and better management of our rights relating to the individual commercial relationship, the data may be disclosed to the following categories of persons in charge: domiciliary law firm and accountant firm.
5. DURATION. the data will be stored at the registered office of the undersigned company for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed and in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months starting from the cancellation and/or cancellation of the registration from the site and/or inactivity. They will possibly be kept for a longer period even subsequently for the fulfillment of all legal obligations.

8. SECURITY. The personal data subject to processing for which daily backup is required with transfer to a remote server, will be stored on hard disks of servers equipped with a Linux operating system, protected by encrypted code and a specific antivirus.

10. You can exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time, pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
